Staring out as a real estate journalist, Orlando Rodriguez entered the sales side of the business after he noticed that his interview subjects, many of them storied NYC developers, would ask his opinions on property investments as well as advice on how to naviagte NYC's political landscape. One day during lunch in Midtown with the late legendary broker Faith Hope Consolo, he was advised to take his talents from the page and bring it to the big stage. A week later broker Audrey Novoa of ABS Partners advised him to leave the story writing behind and become the story. Since that time, Orlando has specialized in bringing outsized value to undervalued properties in all 5 boroughs, bringing value to his client base by fetching the best and highest prices. Orlando been a licensed salesperson with Lucien Perry Real Estate for more than a decade, with no plans to return to writing articles about other brokers deals.
