Born and raised in New Jersey, Lucien attended Rutgers University as an economics/history major. After college, he became commissioned as an army officer with the United States Army. "My military experience gave me necessary leadership and decision-making skills," Lucien recalls. He moved to New York in 1990 and quickly fell in love with the city. During his near two decades in the real estate business, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the city and its various neighborhoods. Though proficient in all areas of the business, his specialties are high-end rentals and sales, as well as commercial sales and rentals. He has a strong list of clientele.
